A timber frame constructed development of 3 luxury terraced homes with roof gardens, integrated into the urban surroundings of vibrant Stockwell, South West London.

Formerly a garage site, our aim was to create a practical yet stylish residential development of 3 homes, integrated sympathetically into its surroundings, whilst offering future occupants contemporary, spacious living, the design maximised internal and external space wherever possible.

On completion the properties offered;

The properties also included key features such as ‘smart’ lighting, electric curtains, and future proofed for upgrading home automation should the residents wish to enhance.

Project management

Cablesheer Homes were appointed main contractor on this D&B project, with our experienced project management team being involved from the very early concept stages, managing planning conditions, finalising design, along with the subsequent build, our highly skilled team worked passionately to bring this project to completion on time, and without compromise to quality, allowing our client’s sales to successfully ‘complete’ within their planned programme.

Overview

Completed December 2022 - 16 month new build development. Comprising of 30 residential apartments, one of 3 developments secured by Cablesheer Homes within Purley between 2020-2022, successfully building all 3 schemes side by side during this period, this particular project comprised a mixture of 1,2 & 3 bed apartments and incorporated off street parking, garden landscaping and amenities, combining RC and timber frame constructions.
